In the last 30 days, Tarrant County has seen some interesting trends. We currently have roughly 2500 active listings, 830 pending sales, and 1200 homes have successfully closed.


Now, let's break down some important numbers. The average days on market for homes in Tarrant County is 40 days.


When it comes to pricing, homes are selling at around 97 percent of their original list price, highlighting a balanced market for both buyers and sellers.


With interest rates hovering around 7.5 percent, buyers are carefully considering their options, but we're also seeing a surge in activity, especially for move-in-ready homes


What does all this mean for buyers and sellers? Well, there's a lot of inventory on the market, which means not everything is selling quickly.


However, it's not all doom and gloom! Some homes are receiving multiple offers, especially if they're move-in ready and priced right.


So, if you're a seller, remember, it's all about presenting homes that are move-in ready and priced competitively to attract the right buyers. And if you're a buyer, be ready to act quickly on those desirable properties.
